This rig is great for shooting moving shots and video at live events like weddings and concerts because:

How to use the SteadyDSLR in steadycam mode:

1. Press two silver buttons to lock the rig into position
2. Mount the video camera
3. Attach counter-weights to the rig
4. Adjust the positioning (and possibly the amount of) counter-weights to balance the rig

How to use the SteadyDSLR in shoulder mount mode:

1.  Press two silver buttons to lock the rig into position
2.  Mount the video camera
3.  Attach 5-8 counter-weights to the rig to help balance and stabilize

The SteadyDSLR can be used as a SteadyCam (steadicam/glidecam type stabilizer) to create steady, smooth video footage and spectacular motion shots! Great for stabilizing video while running, biking and just about anywhere else!
